Refund policy

No product returns accepted—we do not allow the physical return of kombucha or kits.

If your order arrives lost, damaged, or short, you must notify us in writing (email) within (48) hours of delivery. All mailed shipment includes insurance.

-submit an issue, email: SoulBrewOrders@gmail.com, including:

 

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue (e.g., missing items, damage)

  • Photographs of the package contents and packaging

 

  • We will review and respond promptly to arrange a refund or replacement, at our discretion. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Change‑of‑mind issues (e.g. ordering too much or wrong flavors) are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
