Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • All kombucha and mocktail kits are shipped via standard ground shipping.

  • Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • During warmer months, orders may be shipped with insulation or ice packs to protect freshness.

Shipping Delays

Soul Brew Kombucha is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays (e.g., due to weather, holidays)

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseeable events

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
